You know that feeling you get when the contents don’t make sense on paper? When the plans are not playing out well?

At a point in my life, I could boldly say my area of expertise was pulling off a great Event (small scale though, with brilliant activities) not until I was faced with a problem at one of the events I put together and my plans slapped me in my face because I should have done things differently. I was riding into the expertise trap and I didn’t even realize it
I had developed a pattern of operation that seemed to be working for me, from one project to the next, to the next and to the next. It was like a walkie talkie for me.
I kept on using the same concept until it didn’t work anymore because things had evolved.

Unfair right? But we move!

Especially at times like this, we realize that the things we used to be so good at, don’t really apply anymore. We realize we have been ignoring some level of development, applying the same thing over and over again. Technology marches forward, however, and many experts don’t march with it.

EVOLVE WITH TECHNOLOGY.

Take out time to unlearn the things you know and relearn things that will aid improvement.
